Race 7 of the 2024 season, the ZenRun 10k, took place amongst the picturesque landscape of Scottsdale today, delivering another spectacular day of running under ideal conditions. Long Course Overview (10 km):
Ayesha Peters took the lead in the 10k long course, securing the win with a very strong run. Robyn Beattie captured a speedy second place, followed closely by Anne Guest in third and Patrick Moroney in fourth. Judah Morris was the fastest male, clocking in a time of 38:24. With Hannah Morris keeping it in the family with a top time of 45:10.

Short Course Action (2.5 km):
On the short course, Sharni Long had a great run to finish first and held off a fast-finishing Stephen Rowlings in second, with Seth Hill taking third and first junior. The fastest junior’s today were Isaac Rowlings in a time of 10:19 and Talia Bramich.

Junior Course Highlights (1.5 km):
Connor Ratcliffe raced ahead to victory on the junior course, with Sienna Bramich following in second, Chloe Marsh in third and Zaria Bramich in fourth. Chloe Marsh was the fastest overall and fastest female with a time of 7:07 followed by Connor Ratcliffe as fastest male in 8:41.

Looking Ahead:
Next on our calendar is the exciting 15k in Georgetown. We have become aware of some works with the path around the esplanade, so please keep an eye on our socials for an updated course during the week.
