Half Marathon Announcement
Some good news and bad news. Firstly the good we are close to finalising the new 2022 calendar and are hoping to open membership and release the schedule next weekend , so stay turned for that next week.
In the mean time it is with a heavy heart we must confirm that the Scottsdale to Bridport half marathon will not continue in the 2022 season. Whilst it is an iconic race , it is no longer a race that we can do safely at an affordable cost as a club. After consultation with our traffic experts and checking into government and legislative requirements the decision has been effectively taken out of our hands.
We are however committed to ensuring there is still a half marathon on the schedule and are working on a few ideas so stay tuned.
