The Cyclad Building 6.2k race at Carr Villa was run in perfect conditions by 48 athletes. It was won by one of the back markers – Matthew Zegveld. The second place getter was Leanne Thomas, while Joseph Rogers-Snr come in third. The fastest male was our winner Matthew Zegveld in a super fast time of 22:35 and our fastest female was new comer Kellie Parish in 28:03.

The 3k short course under 18 winner was Benjamin Frost, while the over 18 winner was maxine Lindsay. The second place getter was Samual Lindsay and the third place getter was Jonathon Hill. The fastest male was Benjamin Frost and the fastest female was Eloise Cooper.
The 1.5k Junior course winner was Mason Hill from Dillon McHugh and Seth Hill. The fastest male was Archer Rogers and the fastest female was Annabelle Pyke.

Next week we are off the country to run the Jones Family Westbury 8K! Please note the change of venue – we will be starting near the Village Green in the vicinity of the council chambers (where there’s toilets ;-))..
