Despite last minute changes to our venue 71 runners found their way to Heritage Forest to take part in the PhysioTas 5k today!  Michelle Frost had a “good” run today and came in first 😉  Paige Wierenga took out 2nd place and Scott Greaves came in third.

The fastest male was Ricky Barnewall in 17.22.  The fastest female was Louise Padgett in 21.51.

In the 2.5k short course Joseph Rogers Snr was the first  “over 18” home and  Samuel Lindsay was the first junior home.  Second place was taken out by Charlie Mills and third by Maxine Lindsay.  The fastest male in the short course was Benjamin Frost and the fastest female was Kara Smith.

The 1.5k junior race was won by Phoebe Mills from Seth Mills and Emily Padgett.  The fastest male was Hunter Dean and the fastest female was Phoebe Mills.
