Well done to everyone who ran in the Ringarooma 4k/10k on Saturday – fabulous conditions for a fun run in the country with a bonus of a country show to enjoy after!

In the 10k Abbas Rajab Ali was the fastest male followed by Damon Which-Wilson and Jai Eccles and Susan Thomas was the first women home from Georgina Brown and Allie Downie!
The 4k was broken into senior and junior (16 and under) – Matthew Zegveld was the fastest senior male and Tiah Simmons was the fastest senior female. The under 16’s in the 4k: Ben Frost came in first from Jamari Lockhart and Mehki Jones, for the males. Leila-Jayne Attkins was the fastest junior female from Ava Eccles and Leeava Jones.
