Well done to everyone who ran in the Ringarooma 4k/10k this weekend – the event was held in overcast and muggy conditions, starting and finishing at the Ringarooma Primary School Annual Show.

In the 10k Sam Clifford was the first male across the line in 31:44 from David Thomas and Joseph Phillips. The first female was Bonnie Davies in a time of 41:33 followed by Maddy Reid and Susan Thomas.
Places in the 4k were awarded to the under sixteens. The first under sixteen male was Zavier Itson, followed by Tyler Itson and Oriel. The first and only under sixteen female in the race was Leila-Jayne Atkins (she actually ran 7k as she missing the turn – making it her first run over 5k!).
