Its time to register for the 2017 LRC season – the more members who register online BEFORE the season starts the more likely the 1st race will go off without a hitch. You will also save yourself $5 by registering online – that’ll pay for the coffee you’ll have after the first race.
And here is another opportunity to save money while you get fit:- Would you like to be able to pay for all of your races upfront? Well you can, for the next few weeks you can pay $70 which will be your entry in every LRC race in the 2017 season (except the Lilydale Lope) – if you were to run all 19 races you’d save $25 in entry fees. NEW TECH – the club is moving with the times and purchased a card reader, which means you’ll be able to “pay wave” each week in the caravan to pay your entry fee – we really are becoming a cash-less society. Of course we’ll still accept cash, this just gives you more options 🙂
First race of the 2017 season is a 6k at North Bank – Heritage Forest – Meet at BBQ area on the Conway Street side of Heritage Forest – Saturday 1st April.

NOTE: After many years of serving as the LRC president Strawb (David Anderson) stepped down at the recent AGM – he will still be very much involved with the club as a member of the 2017 committee & a competitor. So don’t worry, we will all continue to enjoy his great sense of humour! LOL
