Tim Gunton won todays Wes Jones Memorial 8k in Westbury. Tim is off to St Petersburg (in Russia) to run in a marathon next week! After his 32+k training run last weekend the 8k felt like a sprint 🙂
The fabulous Jones family were out in force again this year, helping on the course and during the presentation! This race is a memorial race for long time club member and one of the founders – Wes Jones. He clocked up over 700 runs during his time with the club.
Coming in second today was Daniel Sexton and third Corran McHugh. The fastest male and female will be presented next week.

We all enjoyed Coffee (and other things) from Tim and Kate at the Coffee Devil – thanks for looking after us.

In the division two 2.3k race Charlotte Rogers won from Averyl Quinn and Alex Zegveld. The fastest male was Luke McHugh and the fastest female was Averyl Quinn.

In the division three 1.15k race Archer Rogers won from Joe Rogers Jnr and Annabelle Pike. The fastest male was Joseph Rogers Jnr and the fastest female was Hannah Zegveld.
